Mortgages are sold weekly and can usually be liquidated in 30 days with no early withdrawal penalty. Your investment is protected. You receive a security instrument with a property as collateral and all pertinent documents. You do not have to collect the payments. Funds are forwarded directly to you by Superior Housing LLC. 2. Recorded first and only mortgage

Installment Note $20,000 for three years
Example
January 1, 2007
Installments as herein stated, for value received, the undersigned maker and co-maker, jointly and severally, promise to pay_________or order at ______________________________or its successors and assigns; the sum of TWENTY THOUSAND and 00/100 ($20,000.00) Dollars with interest from January 1, 2007 on unpaid principal at the rate of (10%) per annum, interest only payable in quarterly installments of FIVE HUNDRED and 00/100 ($500.00) Dollars or more on the 1st day of each and every third month, beginning on the 1st day of April 2007 and continuing until January 1, 2010 at which time all principal and accrued interest shall be due and payable in full.
This note may be prepaid in whole or in part at any time without penalty.
In the event of sale, alienation or conveyance of all or any portion of the property described in the mortgage securing this note, whether voluntary or involuntary and irrespective of the maturity dates expressed herein, any indebtedness or obligation hereunder, at the option of the holder, shall immediately become due and payable.
Should default be made in payment of any installment of principal or interest when due the whole sum of principal and interest shall at the option of the holder of this note become immediately due. Principal and interest payable in lawful money of the United States. If action be instituted on this note we promise to pay such sum as the Court may fix as attorney fee. This note is secured by a Mortgage. See attached Document.
